James Brown - Chief Operating Officer
Jim has more than 25 years policing experience working in front line operations and at the executive levels of one of North America's largest police services and he has worked with Federal, State and local police agencies across the continent. His work has included extensive security consultations and service provisioning with a variety of faith organizations across the continent (such as Hadassah and the AJC), which has included working with the Joint Terrorism Task Force, the FBI and the US Secret Service. Jim is a certified specialist in Critical Infrastructure Protection from the Department of Homeland Security.
Jim has worked with national police organizations, non-governmental organizations and faith groups across Europe in helping identify community threats, manage risks as well as prepare and plan responses. Jim has designed, developed and delivered training programs to policing, community and government organizations across Europe and North America.
Jim heads up a dynamic team of specialists who bring their broad range of knowledge and skills together to assist clients in identifying threats, managing risks, planning their response and training to succeed.
