Organizational Learning Systems

Law Enforcement departments of today frequently use the phrase "learning organization" in reference to their organizational learning systems. However, the practice of developing and maintaining a "learning organization" and encouraging members to embark on a "life-long learning" experience remains a challenge for many departments across North America.  NPSLC draws upon the knowledge and experience of some of North America's most committed law enforcement training executives to help design and structure learning systems focused on the goals of your organizations.  These may include "top-down learning", self-directed learning programs, executive development systems, intranet and internet based learning systems, mentoring and coaching officer programs, and other programs to both help your organization grow and develop, while providing risk mitigation and liability reduction.
