Paul Goldenberg Named Chairman TWL Knowledge Group’s
Homeland One® Advisory Board
 
 
CARROLLTON. TEXAS – December 1, 2007 – The TWL Knowledge Group, Inc. (TWLK) (OTC: TTYL) announced today that Paul Goldenberg, CEO for Cardinal Point Strategies has accepted the position as Chairman of the TWLK Homeland One® Advisory Board.
    
Homeland One® is an integrated training and communications platform serving the communities of Law Enforcement, Fire and EMS and several allied field of Emergency Management. Homeland One® is comprised of TWLK’s Law Enforcement Training Network (LETN), Fire and Emergency Training Network (FETN),  Professional Security Training Network (PSTN), and the Health and Sciences Television Network (HSTN). The training curriculum is delivered over a highly encrypted satellite system and a Web-based Video-On-Demand platform. The training is supported by a full-service broadcast production facility in Carrollton, Texas just north Dallas, and a Learning Management System accessible over the Internet for testing, assessment, certification, and documentation. The Homeland One® courseware is based on the DHS Guidelines for Emergency Response personnel.
 
Paul was the driving force behind an agreement between the County Executives of America (CEA) and TWLK to offer the Department of Homeland Security full time use of the TWLK secured broadcast and production facilities to communicate to police, firefighters, EMS, and emergency healthcare professionals throughout the nation.
 
Paul Goldenberg built a distinguished career as a highly decorated criminal justice executive with extensive and broad-based experience in a wide variety of high profile and politically sensitive government and corporate environments. Mr. Goldenberg played a key role in setting domestic and international policy for the legislation and investigation of hate crimes and counter-terrorism. He is well known for his record of resolving numerous high profile and confidential matters for governments, businesses and other organizations around the world. In the aftermath of the 9-11 tragedies, New Jerseys’ newly elected Governor appointed Paul to serve as special advisor to the Governors’ Homeland Security/Counter Terrorism Transition Team.
 
Among his many achievements, Paul co-authored the national Hate Crimes Training program for the US Departments of Justice and Treasury. He formed the National Public Safety Strategies Group AKA Cardinal Point Strategies, an international public safety training, assessment and public policy consortium. Paul currently provides the County Executives of America (CEA) and the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA) with a wide range of strategic policy consultations and tactical guidance in areas such as training, domestic preparedness, human and community relations issues and civil affairs. Paul heads initiatives as diverse as the Secure Community Network (SCN) which has become a model for community capacity building for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security through to the implementation of hate crimes training across the 55 participating States of the region overseen by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). Paul is senior consultant to many of the nation’s premier human relations organizations.
