Patrick Daly

Mr. Daly joined Cardinal Point Strategies in 2004 as a consultant and analyst to assist with the development and implementation of the Secure Community Network, the nation’s first faith-based information sharing and analysis center. As a key member of the operations team, Mr. Daly assisted with building SCN’s information sharing networks, crisis communication system, and the development of programs that became standard operating procedure for SCN operations. Mr. Daly currently serves as Deputy Director of the Secure Community Network.

Mr. Daly brings an in-depth knowledge of intelligence policy, research and analysis, international terrorism and extremist groups to the CPS team along with a portfolio that includes risk management and infrastructure protection strategies.

Prior to joining Cardinal Point Strategies, Mr. Daly was a law clerk with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he worked with assistant district attorneys in the Felony Waiver Unit as part of a prosecutorial team tasked with the prosecution of felony crimes.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and a Masters of Science degree in criminal justice with a concentration in law enforcement intelligence and crime analysis from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
