Richard Marks

Richard Marks is a professional strategist and tactician with a diverse background in finance, corporate management, security and information technologies. At CPS, Rich is responsible for oversight of all enterprise wide domestic operations and project management. In addition to these managerial functions, Rich is the executive editor of all CPS doctrines and publications. Relied upon by the Department of Homeland Security, Health and Human Services and other government agencies on matters concerning capacity building, force multipliers and resource mobilization for non profit groups and faith based organizations, Rich assists CPS clients with navigating a wide range of issues and resources.

In his previous tenures as a corporate asset management executive for AT&T and Continental Insurance, Rich was responsible for supervising and managing the financial, security and maintenance operations for major facility portfolios totaling millions of square feet in the United States and Europe with a collective asset value exceeding two billion dollars.

Rich received a MS in business management from the NJ Institute of Technology and is a published authority on issues ranging from privacy and compliance measures to pandemic preparedness.
