Dr. McDonagh is currently the Managing Director of a boutique consultancy (6E) that provides strategic and practical leadership, risk, crisis and management advice to leadership teams of public, private and non governmental organisations. 6E are a modern and progressive consultancy that bridges the gap between public, private and NGO sectors, looking at contemporary leadership threats, risks, resilience issues, vulnerabilities and opportunities. Dr. McDonagh specialises in working with clients in the identification, assessment, treatment, mitigation, or termination of strategic and/or operational risks / threats. Assisting, supporting and enabling appropriate proactive and integrated resilience measures are implemented across the business.
