​​​​​​​John has been an associate of Cardinal Point Strategies since 2005, having served as Co-Director of Curriculum Design for the CPS’ Law Enforcement Officer Programme for Combating Hate Crimes in Europe.  

With a strong background in adult education, John has led numerous initiatives in organizational and community development, and is the author of award- winning curricula in coaching, communications, problem-solving and negotiations.  As Director of Employment and Training, John led Canada’s largest public sector community services department in developing and implementing strategies for job creation and employment for disadvantaged adults and at-risk youth.  He also pioneered community development and training initiatives with the Inuit people of Canada’s arctic region of Nunavut.  John is a talented public speaker and group facilitator, serving as a keynote speaker and workshop leader at national and regional conferences in Canada and internationally.
