CPS is pleased to announce that it has formed a strategic partnership with Response Law, Inc., in a collaborative effort to provide all of its clients with not only the necessary tactical tools to help reduce the risk of physical danger in the human environment but also to deliver to each client innovative and practical legal strategies to reduce greatly the risk of lawsuit, which is inherent in each decision made and within each action taken to preserve and protect human rights.

Response Law is a private company that serves as a national legal trainer for public agencies including schools, police departments, fire departments, and emergency medical services.  We provide in-service training, instructional seminars, and offer a variety of consult services including school code of conduct review and consultation on public agency standard operating procedures.  Response Law also conducts on-site safety audits of your school zone utilizing its team of legal and law enforcement experts.  Our philosophy is not to waste your time—we provide practical, useful information that is scenario based and backed by your state’s law.  We give you methods and strategies, which you can use in the hallway, in the classroom, or "on the job" the next day.  The law is presented to you in plain language with the ultimate goal of having you walk away with your questions answered backed by techniques that work!
